This painting brings me closer to understanding happiness. Damron paints directly from the soul. He and his work are honest, approachable, and real. We are incredibly fortunate to bask in his vision.
Always a favorite, Shevlin approaches her paintings intuitively, vaguely planning before committing paint to surface, but always on attack. The artist rarely stays inside the lines, probably because so many lines are drawn within her abstract landscape its hard to choose which line to stay within.
I like The Age of Exploration by Jennifer Hendricks. I chose this piece because exploration is the freedom to break out of normative mindset of society.
